Delete your Shoot Manager account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Shoot Manager and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you can't use the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email, password hash, company name and logo, and settings.
• All your shoots, clients and teammates, including payments, payouts, expenses and notes.
• Your Google Calendar connection, if you had one.

Nothing is kept afterwards. Events that were already added to your Google Calendar stay in your Google account, and you can delete them in Google Calendar. Excel or JSON exports you saved yourself aren't affected.

Delete your data but keep your account

Go to Profile → Clear all data. This deletes all your shoots, clients and teammates, and keeps your account so you can start fresh.
